The code on this site (with the exception of the multiple select JavaScript/CSS plugin) is dual licensed as QPL (NOT GPL) and a commmercial license. If you use anything from this site and don't want to be restricted by the QPL then you can opt for the commercial license which is just £49. This covers all of the code on this site - code, examples, not graphics (but does include HTML5 graphs). Basically everything I can lay claim to.
